SportLens is designed to support football decision-making. Our technology does not replace the judgment of coaches, families, medical professionals, school personnel, or other qualified decision-makers.

The Athlete Record is designed to preserve an athlete’s evaluation, development, performance, and football history over time.

The Football Resume™ may present selected information from the Athlete Record in a format intended to help athletes communicate their football history and development.

SportLens may allow athletes or authorized users to share information from the Athlete Record with coaches, programs, schools, recruiters, or other recipients.

Users are responsible for choosing when and with whom they share information where sharing controls are provided.

SportLens serves football programs that may include minors.

We intend to provide enhanced safeguards for athlete information involving children.

If SportLens knowingly collects personal information directly from a child under 13 in circumstances covered by applicable law, we will take steps required by law, which may include providing notice to parents or guardians and obtaining verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing such information.

SportLens may also receive information about student-athletes from parents, schools, coaches, camps, programs, or authorized organizations.

Where required, appropriate consent or authorization must be obtained before submitting information about a minor to SportLens.

SportLens may process photos, practice video, game film, evaluation recordings, or other football media when users, schools, programs, evaluators, or authorized partners provide that content.

Such media may be used to:

• Perform evaluations
• Review athlete performance
• Provide development feedback
• Generate reports
• Maintain relevant athlete history
• Improve authorized SportLens functionality

Submitting media to SportLens does not transfer ownership of the underlying footage to SportLens unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Users represent that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide content to SportLens.

Certain current or future SportLens features may use software, machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision, or other automated tools to help organize or analyze football information.

These tools may help:

• Identify patterns
• Organize observations
• Compare evaluation information
• Surface relevant evidence
• Generate development context
• Assist with reports

Automated outputs are intended to support human judgment, not replace it.

SportLens does not guarantee that automated analysis will always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every athlete or circumstance.

SportLens does not intend to commercially capture biometric identifiers without providing required notice and obtaining consent where applicable.

If future functionality involves biometric identifiers governed by applicable law, including certain face geometry, voiceprint, fingerprint, iris, or retina information, SportLens will implement additional notice, consent, retention, and disclosure procedures as required.

SportLens may share personal information with:

• Authorized athletes
• Parents or guardians
• Coaches
• Evaluators
• School or program administrators
• Service providers that help operate SportLens
• Cloud, hosting, communications, security, or analytics providers
• Business partners when authorized or necessary to provide requested services

SportLens does not sell personal information to advertisers.

We do not permit advertisers to access private SportLens athlete records merely because they advertise or do business with SportLens.

We may use third-party providers for hosting, communications, analytics, authentication, payments, storage, security, or other operational services.

These providers may process information on our behalf according to contractual or legal requirements.

As SportLens grows, the specific providers we use may change.

SportLens may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
